Fortuna Foothills is our second home. It sits about 10 miles east of our Yuma shop along Interstate 8, and it is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Yuma market, full of tile-roofed homes, newer subdivisions and snowbird retirees who expect their roofs to hold up season after season.

From our shop at 12351 S Avenue 4E, most of Fortuna Foothills is a 15- to 20-minute drive. That matters when a monsoon storm blows through: we can be on a Foothills roof within the hour for an emergency, and we can schedule regular repair and replacement work without the logistical overhead of a long trip.
Fortuna Foothills has a different roofing profile from older parts of Yuma. Subdivisions built from the 1990s forward lean heavily on concrete and clay tile, with stucco walls and architectural shingle on the less expensive homes. The work we do here reflects that:
